Davy , don't know if this is any help to you ?
But I have in my possession for a few years & never likely to use
A 90mm barrel & piston in reasonable nick (painted black)
Got it in a SR500 deal when I bought a guy outright over here in the west
Don't think its been even used , but I've been wrong before heh heh
Unsure of the make of the piston
Let me know if its of any use & I'll shoot up some pics
    Cheers Dave

I'll probably end up just buying a new piston with rings.
Pity as my piston is unmarked.

I just sent an email to Deves Rings in the states to see if they can help as I have their rings in the old Daytona and they are superb, especially the oil rings

I would have thought that J&E in the US would sell ring sets...E-mail them.

I buy ring sets for the Wisecos from SERCO in Brisbane so I'd reckon they'd be available from J&E too.

Postage would be OK on a ring set from the US.

Stew, I've checked the JE website but no match with these rings on a ring set, only individual rings but they are out of stock till October on one of the rings.
I might give Serco a bell tomorrow as I do buy valves, guides and springs from them for the Triumph and they are good to deal with.
Wouldn't be surprised if the Wiseco rings fit the JE piston.

Good luck with it all...in one way it might be worth buying another piston and keeping that one as a spare...you could use the rings and buy the rings from the US for the new one over time...?
