    SRX build

    Hi All , thought its about time I posted some pics of my project ,its a SRX frame with braced swingarm, XT600e engine , TZR 125 4dl forks and tzr wheels , tzr seat unit and tzr fairing ,I am using Kawasaki 250 ninja carbs which fit straight on with a bit of tweeking Click image for larger version.

    Nice one.

    When I do brackets I use a washer over a countersunk cap-head bolt ( I use a countersunk bolt cause it centralizes itself in the hole) and then trace around the washer with a pen or preferably a sharp scribe.
    Then its a case of laying a straight edge over the scribed arcs and scribing a line from tangent point to tangent point.
    Makes for neat shapes for brackets etc. that I grind/ linish/ file to.

    I like your swingarm brace. I passed it off as a factory item till I saw the pic of the stock swingarm!
