Hi all-

I want to switch my lights from filament to LED (mostly to let more of the charging system go toward my heated gear (see viewtopic.php?f=77&t=14658 )

So I figured I would need to replace the stock flasher relay with an electronic one that wouldn't have a problem with the reduced resistance (adding resistors would defeat the point of my trying to run with fewer watts for lighting of course).

I have read some posts around the internet where people said the stock flasher has 3 terminals on it, and that the electronic replacement would have only two. And other posts where people discussed the stock flasher not working well with LED lights (like this one: viewtopic.php?f=77&t=12609 )

I pulled my relay tonight and found it only has two terminals :geek:

I put it up to my ear (it has a length of connecting wire harness to it, so you can pull it and leave it plugged in) with the turn signals on, and it was totally silent (no electro-mechanical relay "click") leading me to believe it is already electronic, and I should only have to acquire the replacement lights and be on my way.

Can anyone confirm? If not, I'll be able to confirm as soon as my LEDs arrive in the post haha (this guy and its 1156 cousin: viewtopic.php?f=77&t=12609 )
