Hi guys,
recently the speedometer cable vibrated off from the front wheel. I reattached it, but the speedometer still doesn't work. Anyone want to hazard a guess as to why? The cable itself seems undamaged.

Thanks in advance!

David

Did the inner drive cable come out?
If it is still in there maybe it isnt seated up into the speedo head so it is just spinning free.
Take the wheel fitting loose, turn the inner cable by hand while pushing it into the housing and you may just feel it go in a bit farther and seat; buckle it back up and you should be good to go.

Thanks for the reply gcrank1. I didn't notice that it was out, but I may have over looked it. I will double check to see if that's the problem.

Cheers,
David
