First post in this section. Do I get a prize?

BWs and TWs....arent they virtually the same thing. BWs from the 80s and TWs now?
Love to have a BW here in Chicago to play with in the snow! And TWs are used up here in the MSF classes. They are a blast!

I have a couple of those Little Caesar frozen pizza kits in the freezer that you buy from the fundraising kids... Could fire one of those down, if the border inspectors don't eat it! LOL

The BW was known as the "Big Wheel". It had atv sized wheels on it with a small jackshaft arrangement to be able to run the chain past the big rear wheel.

They were kinda o.k. to run at the time, but handling was nervous to say the least. Those fat, low pressure atv style tires left a lot to be desired from a control standpoint.

The TW was known as the " Trail Way" in the early years. While it too has fat tires, they are not nearly as fat or loose as the low pressure atv tires. The TW has a decent chance to be driven on roads or slower highways without too much worry in the handling department. Off road manners aren't too bad.

The TW is still sold today basically in exactly the same spec as when introduced late 80's.

It is more popular by far. Many of them have been set up pretty neatly in nearly as many different disguises as our beloved SR!

Will a TW engine swap into a BW frame with little or no mods? I've got a BW200.
