OK, started the tank project, had to trim a bit on the crotch end of the tank, but you can see in the pics, take out that sharp point.

It fits very well. when I figure out the best way to attach this tank I will update.

So far I like the look, I did check my seating position and found I can lay
on the tank just fine.

I m going to Ceramic coat the header that will help keep some temps down, I normally only run the the bike for about 20 at a time at the track so I am hoping heat won't be too much of an issue .

It's no closer than the routing on an XT.

Me too, the back section of the pipe looks like a 9 inch cut will be needed for the cone to fit also a 2 to 3 inch section with a 10 to 15 deg angle up will need to be welded on for the cone to fit at the proper angle, and miss the rear tire, one small area on the bottom of the seat will need to be trimmed a bit. I need to cut a half moon out of the tail piece for the cone.. Will see what happens... going to be fun. 8-)

Oh the lead for this pipe.....

Update: here are the dyno numbers. sorry did not have a scanner..

Red is the first run. The sec run Rick switch to a 33 pilot and this was the result. 2 point increase in pilot jet.
I have the 43mm carb and the new header to get into the Dyno, looking forward to those numbers
